20 MPH Petition on Vanguard Circle

The Focus Team recently received an email from a resident expressing concerns about the speed at which vehicles travel along Vanguard Circle. The resident highlighted the potential danger this poses to children playing in the area and asked that we support calls for measures to improve road safety, including reducing the speed limit from 30 mph and introducing speed bumps.

Following discussions with Sam, we understand that installing speed bumps is unlikely to be feasible. However, if there is sufficient support from residents, we can advocate for the introduction of 20 mph traffic signs and a reduction in the speed limit.

NHS Dentistry

Due to this government’s failure to retain or recruit an adequate number of NHS dentists, people across Milton Keynes have been finding it ever more difficult to receive urgent or routine treatments at NHS dentists. This has to change.

We the undersigned call on the UK government to urgently improve the dentistry contract to support the recruitment and retention of NHS dentists in Milton Keynes.
