Leo Montague says that play areas are important to young families, that is why MK Lib Dems opposed the budget proposals to cut the maintenance budget for play areas by 50% over the next three years.
This would have resulted in the closure of many Play Areas. The Lib Dems have got that stopped, at least for the next year.
