Meeting with Hallams Land

Sam, Nana and Wing met with the management of Hallams Place. They insisted on pushing forward the reserve matters which include building the 500 houses whose main access would be via Broughton Gate. We told them they would face opposition from us, the councillors and residents. They needed to focus on working with Berkeley to build the road access from the West.

Our sense of the meeting was that they were open to having the conversation with Berkeley and we understand they have since initiated the call for a meeting. We continue to keep an eye on this.
