Storm drains are supposed to take water off our road, but many residents feel they need clearing more often.Andy Carr asked questions about this at the recent meeting of Milton Keynes Council.
He said they should be clearing every year, especially after each flood and after Autumn when the leaves fall. The responsible Cabinet Member, Cllr. Lauren Townsend agreed with Andy and confirmed all drains in areas that regularly flood will be cleared each year.
